Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)

Under the ACL, goods and services we supply come with automatic guarantees. If a service or repair fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to remedies including re‑performance, refund or compensation for loss.

Where applicable, we will work with you to rectify issues promptly. For major failures you may choose a refund or replacement.

If you are not satisfied with our response to a privacy or consumer complaint, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) depending on the issue.

Complaints, Refunds & Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve disputes quickly and fairly. If you have a complaint about our services, please use the form on this page or contact our Privacy Officer. We will respond within 30 days where possible.

We acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 30 days.

Remedies depend on the nature of the failure. For major failures you may choose a refund or re-performance.

Safety, Recalls & Warranties

We monitor manufacturer safety recalls relevant to vehicles we service. If your vehicle is affected by a recall, we will advise recommended action and support required repairs.

Where manufacturer warranties apply we will fit parts and follow warranty procedures as advised by the supplier.
